Now that the weather’s cooled right down, it’s a good idea to sow any seeds or mollycoddle seedlings in a cold frame. And it’s easy enough to make your own. This DIY featured in NZ Gardener last winter – made my moi – using an old window and scraps of wood. Well, we bought our wood, but any old offcuts lying around will do the trick.
